Shipping Policy

Getting gains to your door (faster than your gym buddy returns your texts)

The short version

Free U.S. shipping on orders $100 and up.
Under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout by weight, starting at $4.95.
Production takes 3–7 business days, because your shirt does not exist until you order it.
Transit is typically 3–8 business days after that, within the U.S.
You get a tracking number as soon as the carrier issues one, which is nearly every order.
We ship to the United States only, for now.

Production time

Every DoD Fitness item is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you, which is why you get a shirt that was made for you and not one that has been folded in a box since last spring. Allow 3–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) for your order to be printed and handed to the carrier.

We work fast, but we have not yet figured out how to ship things before you order them. Working on it.

Shipping cost

Orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States. The threshold is based on your cart total before any discount codes, so a $100 cart still qualifies even after a code is applied.

Below $100, the rate is calculated at checkout based on the weight of what you ordered. A single tee starts at $4.95; the rate goes up as you add items. You will see the exact amount before you pay — we do not do surprise math at the last step.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally right now. If you are outside the U.S. and want us to fix that, email us — enough demand moves mountains, and eventually customs paperwork.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you will get an email with a tracking number. You can also find it by logging into your account at dodfitness.net/account, or by emailing us with your order number.

Damaged or lost packages

Damaged or misprinted: email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you. You do not need to ship anything back.

Lost: if tracking says delivered and it is not there, check around the property and give it 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. Still missing after that, contact us and we will work it out with the carrier.
