Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

We work fast, but we're not superhuman. We haven't figured out how to ship things before you order them. Yet.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Because gains know no geographic boundaries.

Pro Tip: Orders over $75 qualify for FREE standard shipping. That's basically the universe telling you to grab that extra tank top.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! Gym humor is universal. Leg day avoidance transcends borders.

Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package by:

• Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• Logging into your account at dodfitness.net/account
• Contacting us with your order number

Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged: Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost: If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find it, check around your property and wait 24-48 hours. Still missing? Contact us and we'll investigate.
