🛒 Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code at checkout in the "Discount code" field before completing your order. The discount will be applied automatically. Codes are case-sensitive, so make sure to enter them exactly as shown.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We start processing orders immediately to get them to you fast! If you need to make changes, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at support@dodfitness.net and we'll do our best to help. After production starts, we cannot modify orders.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and another email with tracking information once your order ships (usually within 2-5 business days).
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but we're working on it! In the meantime, you can purchase items as gifts and have them shipped directly to the recipient.

How long does shipping take?
Production time: 2-5 business days (we make each item to order)
Shipping time: 3-7 business days (US standard)
Total time: 5-12 business days from order to delivery
Need it faster? Choose expedited shipping at checkout for 2-3 day delivery after production.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by location (typically 7-21 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We've got you covered! If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you to file a claim or send a replacement. We want you to get your gear!
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account on our website.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We ship to PO boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please note that delivery times may be longer for these addresses.
📏 Sizing & Fit
How do your sizes run?
Our apparel runs true to size using standard US sizing. We offer sizes from S to 5XL for most items. Check the size guide on each product page for specific measurements.
What if the size doesn't fit?
No problem! We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Just contact us and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your return, we'll ship the new size right away.
Can I see measurements for each size?
Yes! Every product page has a detailed size guide with measurements for chest, length, and sleeve (where applicable). Click the "Size Guide" link next to the size selector.
Do you have a size recommendation tool?
Yes! Many of our products include fit recommendations and model measurements. For example: "Model is 6'2", 190lbs wearing size L" to help you choose the right size.
What if I'm between sizes?
For a fitted look: Size down
For a relaxed/oversized fit: Size up
For true-to-size: Go with your usual size

What materials are your shirts made from?
We use high-quality, comfortable fabrics:
T-shirts: 100% cotton or cotton/polyester blend (varies by style)
Tank tops: Cotton/polyester jersey blend
Hoodies: Cotton/polyester fleece blend
Performance wear: Moisture-wicking polyester blend
How do I care for my items?
To keep your DoD Fitness gear looking fresh:
• Machine wash cold with like colors
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on design
• Do not bleach
• Turn inside out before washing for best results
Do colors fade after washing?
Our printing is high-quality and durable, but proper care helps maintain vibrant colors. Always wash cold, turn inside out, and avoid harsh detergents. With proper care, your designs will stay bold for years.
Are your products made in the USA?
Our items are printed on-demand using high-quality blanks sourced from trusted manufacturers. Most blanks are imported, but all printing and fulfillment happens in the USA to ensure fast shipping and quality control.
Why are your products "made to order"?
We use print-on-demand to reduce waste and keep costs low. This means we only make what you order—no excess inventory, no waste. It takes a few extra days, but it's better for the planet and keeps our prices competitive!
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied, return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
How do I return an item?
Easy!
1. Contact us at support@dodfitness.net within 30 days
2. Tell us why you're returning (helps us improve!)
3. We'll send you a prepaid return label
4. Ship the item back (must be unworn and unwashed)
5. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! Size exchanges are free within 30 days. Exchanges for different products follow the same return process—return the original item for a refund, then place a new order.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
We're so sorry! Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you. You don't need to return the damaged item.
Can I return sale items?
Yes! Sale items can be returned for store credit within 30 days. They are not eligible for cash refunds, but you can use the credit toward any future purchase.
🌺 Maui Strong Mission
How much goes to charity?
DoD Fitness items: 10% of every sale
Maui Strong collection items: 10% of every sale (some items donate even more!)
All donations go directly to the Hawaii Community Foundation's Maui Strong Fund.
Which organization receives the donations?
We partner with the Hawaii Community Foundation, a trusted non-profit with deep roots in Hawaii. They distribute funds directly to families and communities affected by the Maui fires.
Can I see proof of donations?
Absolutely! We believe in full transparency. Visit our Maui Strong Impact page to see quarterly donation receipts, total amounts donated, and stories from the community we're supporting.
How often do you donate?
We calculate and donate on a quarterly basis (every 3 months). This allows us to make meaningful contributions and verify the exact amounts with receipts we share publicly.
Can I donate more?
Yes! At checkout, you can add an optional donation to round up your order or contribute extra. 100% of additional donations go directly to Maui Strong.
Why do you support Maui Strong?
We believe in using fitness and humor to build community—and communities support each other. The Maui fires devastated families and destroyed homes. We're committed to doing our part to help rebuild. Learn more on our About page.
👤 Account & Technical
Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope! You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and earn loyalty rewards (coming soon!).
How do I reset my password?
Click "Log In" in the top right, then click "Forgot password?" We'll send you a reset link via email.
Is my personal information secure?
100%. We use Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout (SSL certified). We never store your credit card information—all payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send you. We'll miss you, but we respect your inbox!
Can I get text/SMS updates?
Yes! Opt in at checkout or on our homepage to receive SMS updates about order status, flash sales, and new drops.
