Return Eligibility

Items must be:

• Within 30 days of delivery date
• Unworn and unwashed - we love that new gear smell too
• Tags still attached - all original tags and labels
• In original packaging - or similar protective packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Some things just can't come back. Like your ex. And these items:

• Final Sale / Clearance items
• Underwear & intimate apparel (hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards
• Opened supplements
• Customized/personalized items

How to Return

1. Email us at returns@dodfitness.net with your order number
2. Tell us if you want an exchange, store credit, or refund
3. We'll send a return label within 24-48 hours
4. Ship it back and keep your tracking number
5. We process within 1-3 days of receiving your return

Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged or defective? That's on us. Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately - no questions asked.

Refund Processing

• Store Credit: Instant upon approval
• Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
